If you are an individual and have not yet applied to IERF for an evaluation and have a question, please e-mail us at info@ierf.org. If you are an individual with a Physical Therapy Licensure application, please e-mail us at alliedhealth@ierf.org (please be sure to include your IERF file number in the subject line). Institutions

If you represent an institution (e.g., college, university, state/national licensing board, attorney, employer, etc.), please e-mail us at institutions@ierf.org.

Business Hours

IERF is open for business Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm PST. We are closed during lunch from 12:00pm to 12:30pm.
